Design Consultation
A paid, in-depth consultation (virtual or in-person) where we dive deeper into your space, lifestyle, and aesthetic preferences. We’ll walk through your challenges, inspirations, and ideas to lay the foundation for your design direction.

Proposal & Agreement
After your consultation, you’ll receive a customized design proposal outlining the project scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment. Once approved, a contract is signed and a deposit is collected to officially reserve your spot on our design calendar.

Design Developments
This is where the magic happens. We curate a full design concept including:
• Mood boards
• Material + color selections
• Floor plans/layouts
• 3D renderings (for select projects)
• Furniture & finish selections

Presentation & Revisions
We present your full design plan for review. You’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request any necessary edits. We want you to feel confident and excited about the vision before moving forward.

Procurement & Project Management
Once designs are approved, we begin sourcing and ordering all furnishings, finishes, and custom items. If applicable, we coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure the design is executed precisely to plan.

Installation & Styling
On installation day, we transform your space. Every piece is placed with intention. From furniture to artwork to finishing touches, we style your space to perfectioncreating a reveal moment you’ll never forget.
